Needless to say I was a huge MJ fan since I was a little dude. I grew up in the 80's and remember every moment of his skyrocketing fame. I've been listening to everything from J5 to Invincible since he passed on and wanted to do a tribute piece that said thanks in some small way for all the years of great music he left us with.

When I was sitting around bummed out late one night after hearing of his passing I watched a bunch of clips of his performances online. Without a doubt one of my favorite moments in his career was his performance at the Motown 25th anniversary show when he blew peeps domes off with the moonwalk for the 1st time. I just started sketching all the moves out. This piece is all the gestural key positions from that performance. Hope you enjoy. Thank you MJ, you will be sorely missed!
